Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

At Mailari, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all credit packages purchased through Dokreativ Technologies OPC Private Limited.

We encourage you to carefully review the pricing, features, and terms before making a purchase. You may try our service with the free trial credits before committing to a paid plan.

2. All Sales Are Final

Once a credit purchase is completed:

  • The transaction is final and cannot be reversed
  • Credits are immediately added to your account
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
    • Change of mind
    • Unused credits
    • Purchasing the wrong package
    • Dissatisfaction with results
    • Account closure or deletion

We recommend starting with a smaller package if you are unsure about which tier to choose.

3. Service Issues and Credit Compensation

3.1 Technical Failures

If our service experiences technical issues that result in:

  • Failed verifications charged to your account
  • Incorrect verification results due to system errors
  • Extended downtime (more than 4 hours)
  • API errors that consume credits without providing results

We will automatically credit your account with replacement credits for the affected verifications. No action is required from you in most cases, as our system automatically detects and compensates for technical failures.

3.2 Inaccurate Results

While we maintain 99.5% accuracy, if you believe you received significantly inaccurate results:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the verification
  • Provide the email addresses in question and evidence of inaccuracy
  • We will investigate and issue credit compensation if our system was at fault

Note: Email verification accuracy can be affected by factors beyond our control (mail server configurations, temporary outages, greylisting, etc.). We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for all verifications.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

4.1 All Credit Purchases

All credit packages, whether used or unused, are completely non-refundable. This applies to:

  • All pricing tiers (Starter to Ultra Plus)
  • One-time credit purchases
  • Bulk credit packages
  • Enterprise packages

4.2 Promotional Credits

Free trial credits and bonus credits from promotions have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds.

4.3 Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, all remaining credits will be forfeited without refund.

5. Billing Errors and Disputes

5.1 Double Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, contact us immediately with proof of duplicate charges. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge within 5-7 business days.

5.2 Incorrect Amount

If you were charged an incorrect amount (different from the displayed price), we will refund the difference immediately upon verification.

5.3 Unauthorized Charges

If you notice unauthorized charges on your account:

  • Contact us immediately at support@mailari.io
  • Change your account password immediately
  • We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was unauthorized
  • You may also contact your payment provider to dispute the charge

6. Exception: Billing Errors Only

The only circumstances where a refund may be considered are genuine billing errors that are clearly our fault:

  • You were charged twice for the same transaction
  • You were charged an incorrect amount (different from the displayed price)
  • You were charged without making a purchase (unauthorized transaction)

In these cases only, we will review your request and issue a refund within 5-7 business days if the error is confirmed. Contact billing@mailari.io with proof of the billing error.

7. Subscription Plans (Future)

If we introduce subscription plans in the future, they will also follow a no-refund policy:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • No refunds for the current billing period
  • No charges after cancellation
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period

Detailed subscription policies will be provided when subscriptions are launched.

8. Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers with custom agreements may have different refund terms as specified in their service agreement. For questions about enterprise refunds, contact your account manager or enterprise@mailari.io.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Given our strict no-refund policy, chargebacks should only be filed for genuine billing errors or unauthorized transactions.

If you file a chargeback for reasons other than billing errors or fraud:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All remaining credits will be forfeited
  • You will be permanently banned from using Mailari
  • We may pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

Legitimate chargebacks (for billing errors or unauthorized transactions) will be handled according to payment provider policies and our billing error policy.
